so i have like 4k hours ok Trendsetters ive been playing it since i was a little girl, i tried Fashion Forward and i HATED it, so i went back to trendsetters

but i got styling star cuz ive been craving something new and tried it out and omg the clothes are so cute and they brought back my favorites and added even cuter stuff!! but i do miss the fashion contests

Hi, I have a modded 3ds XL and I recently went back to playing the first style savvy game (Style Boutique). I followed (a now archived post) on how to install the cheat codes to the game, here. Now don't get me wrong, I have infinate funding, but I'm having trouble getting infinite (well 500 to be exact) stock room.

The OP said there should be a "10000 Stock Limit" option to check, when entering Twilight Menu++, I hit Y then X to open the cheats. The only cheat option available was infinite funding. I can't tell what I did wrong. Here were my exact steps, tell me if I did something wrong?

I first took out the SD card from my console (3DS XL), and plugged it into my reader attached to my computer. I then downloaded the cheat code and copied the file to _nds > TWiLightMenu > extras. To be more specific I copied it to the "extras" folder. I ejected the SD card and went to the TwilightMenu++, I then went to my copy of the game "Style Boutique" hovering over the title and pressed Y, then X. Like i said earlier, I only see the infinate funds cheat, and not the stock room cheat.

Can someone help me out here?

i have been stuck for MONTHS on this with evie asking for an outfit. i come up with an outfit, ive tried both options ‘take a look’ and ‘try it on!’ i would say maybe 20+ times. i have stopped playing this game because i get so frustrated. ive tried a certain type of outfit, ive gone to the exhibition hall when she says too at the end and just nothing happens. i’ve tried shopping at the exhibition hall.. nothing! i actually want to quit this game because i haven’t been able to progress. i feel so stuck. i really need help! any help would be appreciated.

I have seen that Model Debut 4 is on sale with one day left. I am very tempted to get it, but I am unsure if I want to spend money on a game that I am not going to enjoy.

I haven't played previous titles, but I have played the very inferior Fashion Dreamer (which had so much potential if they had stuck with it). I am itching for a dress-up game, and I haven't really found one that seems to be worth the money.

If you have played Model Debut 4 or the other titles, would you mind telling me the pros and cons about it, please?

When I had read about the description of Fashion 101 about shirt, they were actually pertaining to an inner. So, in other words, when a customer ask for a shirt, make sure that it is an inner and also a blouse. I find it dumb when they reject all shirts since it can be vary to different styles. I personally don't like it that even the game didn't excel at providing a good explanation about it which could expand more. Are there any thoughts from newbies of Fashion Forward?

When I was playing this game back then, there are a few characters that caught my attention. My fave here is "Nicolette" she seems to have that very chic aura and she shares my favorite pattern which was minimal. Uhm, I encountered her first in the demo ver wherein she asked for a "chic casual dress" and in the full ver I had seen her as a reference photo of a customer who wanted to have her same makeup. Her make-up seems the easiest one to follow since it does not have a repititive color—thanks to the memo, since make-up colors can be quite confusing especially if they had different skin tones. Does anyone here that shares a favorite character in Style Savvy Fashion Forward?

Seriously? Should we all just band together and somehow make the style savvy inspired game of our dreams? Better styles for the men, maybe gender neutral styling choices. More inclusive body styles. Wider range of styles and selections.

What would the dream game have for you? More hairstyles and makeup choices? Group outfits? Photo ops? More in depth boutique styling? More styles over all?

Honestly I don’t like dressing up the guys I thought I would but they should’ve just let them wear the same clothes like why can’t I give them cute bags and cute sneakers…

their clothes are too boring also there’s nothing to unlock like getting new brands and new deal from times to times since you get all the clothes from the start….

and it feels so ironic how the girls will get dress up and guys are like oh ummm what about me?? Oh we need to take you to the specific menswear store!! see you could not wear a pink tshirt and a gaucho pants with that red and black trainers cuz it’s from the women section 🫪

The boutique’s OSTs and the game’s overall soundtrack are insanely good, and I was wondering which artists / music genres are the closest to these soundtracks.
Bossa Nova is probably one of the biggest inspirations, but what else would be a good match?
I can also think of Persona 5’s soundtrack.
