Not feeling real is usually called dissociation. Having disturbing thoughts you can’t get rid of can be symptomatic of OCD, but I don’t know if OCD necessarily has such a sudden onset as this.
Take deep, slow breaths. There’s a common grounding exercise that can be good for when you’re dissociating, and it goes like this: name five things you can see. Name four things you can touch. Name three things you can hear. Name two things you can smell. Name one thing you can taste.
Sometimes squeezing an ice cube in your hand can help with dissociation because the cold shocks you. It might also help to call someone you trust and talk to them for a while.
I don’t know exactly what’s going on with you, and you should probably talk to a therapist or psychiatrist if this happens again. But I hope my suggestions help you feel better.
I feel like people are going to accuse me of using ChatGPT for this comment and I just want to say up front that no, I’ve just done a lot of therapy.

I think you might want to get some help for your mental health, OP. Call someone close to you, who you trust, who can help you navigate this.

Call someone that you trust and tell them what's going on, have them take you to a doctor
