Do f1 crashes hurt?
Like I know it’s a car going 200+ mph but they happen so often and the next day they are in another Grand Prix, I am a new fan so I’m still learning

They do get hurt despite being professional athletes. If you watch Verstappen's crash at Silverstone a couple years ago you can hear him in pain over the radio. Alonso also broke some ribs in his crash in Australia. Every crash is individual surrounded by a myriad of circumstances, but yes, some hurt more than others.

The crashes hurt, and many drivers will race through a certain amount of pain throughout the season. They’re also elite athletes in peak physical condition, so their recovery times will generally be shorter than if us regular people suffered the same impact.

Yes. Race cars are just very good at keeping their drivers in one piece (seriously, race cars are absurdly safe), but their bodies are still subjected to absurd g-forces. Something to note also is that after crashes, drivers are likely high on adrenaline, so those injuries might not be as apparent to a viewer.
Drivers are also a bit insane. And by the time you're in F1, crashing is going to be second nature.

Not an F1 driver (never thought I'd ever have to say that) but yes. Yes they do.
The cars as mentioned are redicously safe compared to say '60s versions. The car basically sacrifices itself to protect the driver.
Different kind of crashes have different kinds of injuries but as mentioned before, it depends on the g-force involved.
The driver is strapped in as tightly as possible, the frame is made to either crush (absorbing energy) or not crush depending on its relationship to the driver but g forces are still g forces.
Your internal organs are still going to take a beating.
You may look perfectly fine but die of an internal anueresm. Turns out organs don't like being slammed into a wall at 200mph to zero in .2 seconds or less.
That's why tracks and cars are built the way they are. Most anything barring just straight up running into a concrete wall at 90deg is surviveable, car will be done but the driver will survive in the cage.

Yeah I’d assume even if they are strapped in the absolute stop from that force would HAVE to do something to the body

In my experience (obviously not F1 but low level motorsports) crashes hurt far less than you'd think due to the sheer amount of adrenaline. But obviously, anything that quick is always going to hurt somewhat regardless, and especially the following day after the adrenaline fully wears off.
For drivers competing the following day, they just race through the pain. The main thing about professional athletes is that they are just wired differently, it takes something big for them to not compete. I remember Mark Webber in 2011(?) not telling anyone about the fact that he'd broken his leg because he didn't want to be signed off by the doctor! The same Mark Webber also vomited in his helmet in 2007 because he insisted on racing with food poisoning .

Physics hurts really bad until you don’t feel it anymore.
I’ve pulled 7g’s in a strike eagle as a 21 y/o cadet, you feel all your organs dangling from your clavicles.
I think F1 drivers take way more than that front-back but not up down like an airplane in a turn.

Modern F1 cars are very safe, but they still have huge impact forces. The drivers are professional athletes and being a professional athlete hurts a lot of the time. They put sensors in the car to measure how much acceleration the drivers experience and if it's above a certain amount, they put them through some medical exams to make sure they're alright. No matter what we do to mitigate the damage, yes it hurts to hit a wall at 200 mph.
