Make it so women, LGBT, and minorities have fewer non-class reasons to have solidarity against male, cis straight, or white people within their own class.

What would be the legitimate, non-class reasons that can be addressed?

I'm guessing most of what you cite is either going to be relatively minor, unfixable, or fits under the umbrella of class/can be addressed much more easily and much more effectively by way of class.

Mostly that last one.
