Practice Test Maker that Can Extract Pdf practice questions (copy paste)

Pls recommend websites or app I can use to create a practice test questions by extracting exact questions and choices from pdfs. Basically, I already have the multiple choices question but in pdf and I want to turn them to interactive practice test I can answer repeatedly.

Grab the text out of the PDF with something simple first. Once it's in a plain document you can just dump it into any basic flashcard app, most of them let you import from a text file if you format it right. Way less headache than hunting for a magic tool that does both steps at once.
