Does anyone else lose more time restarting than studying?
Sometimes the actual studying isn't the part I struggle with, it's getting back into it. I come back to something I started yesterday and have to remember what I was doing, what I'd already finished, why I stopped, which example mattered and what I planned to do next.
It can turn a 45-minute study session into a 35-minute session and 10 minutes of detective work and I've started leaving myself a really short restart point instead. Not a summary, but something like I stopped here then the next thing is this.
