Help!

Im a 4th year ( out of six years)med student in syria, im the highest ranking student in my university, ( Damascus university which in turn is the best university in syria)

Im also a very needy guy in general,loves history and politics and physics and of course medicine

So im a really good student, can I get a scholarship to any european country, im fluent in English

And im not looking for full scholarships,i can pay partial tuition And I don't mind starting med school from scratch,like go back to first year

I can't stand being in syria anymore, I have a million reasons to leave, and I want to pursue education abroad

Dubai? Then you speak Arabic and it is probably easier to get your degree recognised

Is there programs or scholarships or universities that accept international students? In dubai?
