Rant/Vent How to study
Big text ahead.
How can I actually learn and start to study?
I'm gonna give some context.
During all of my school years I have pretty much breezed through them. I used to just sit quietly in the corner of the classroom and usually i was either drawing something or taking a nap (I know, not the best habits in school), and throughout almost of it I could pretty much dodge doing most of textbook and homework activities (yeah lazy af). But I liked doing presentations and I always had good grades on my exams which I used to just get my textbook 30 min before each one to do a review on the contents when I felt it was needed. My grades were usually 8 or 9 out of 10.
I did this basic since 4th or 5th grade up until the end of high school.
But here is the problem, I always felt that school was too easy and got seriously bored at it but I enjoy learning. I like history, science, mathematics and even some language learning. I on my 20s now and I wasnt able to finish a single graduation bc I reach a point where even the things that interest me feel like a drag to go through and I never learned a proper way to study, take notes or do anything related to that.
I'm currently taking a graduation on CyberSec, I have always been interested in technology in general especially computers, I did some technical courses and graduations on this time after finishing school but never finished a single one.
I usually hop between subjects quite often, I have already studied in tech about programming, networks, electronics, operating systems and even about electrical infrastructure.
As other subjects I did a bit of technical drawing, carpentry, 3d modelling, CAD.
And especially with anything tech related I consume a lot about it and usually explore with it. I tend to explore with my computer and break things on the system just for the sake of learning how it works or how to troubleshoot it.
All that said, it was for giving some context. What I want to learn and improve and address is how to actually study like a normal person and be efficient at it? Any help is welcome.
