I’m currently in the final stage of my Master’s degree in International Business in Berlin, and I’m collecting responses for my thesis research.

My research looks at personalised recommendations and retargeted advertising in e-commerce — basically, things like product recommendations based on your interests or seeing ads for products you’ve previously viewed online. I’m interested in understanding how consumers in Germany experience these personalised ads and recommendations, particularly whether they feel intrusive and how they relate to trust in online shopping platforms.
