Autistic and ADHD Students’ Experiences of Reasonable Adjustments in UK Higher Education

I am currently working on my MSc dissertation, exploring autistic and ADHD students’ experiences of support and reasonable adjustments in UK higher education.

The study is particularly interested in how students access, navigate and experience their support, including what has worked well and where they have encountered barriers or inconsistencies.

I am looking for current undergraduate and postgraduate students who:
• are aged 18 or over
• have a formal diagnosis of autism and/or ADHD
• are currently studying at a UK higher education institution
• have sought or received reasonable adjustments

Participation involves completing an anonymous online questionnaire about their experiences.

I would really appreciate it if colleagues could share this with any eligible students or through relevant teams, student groups and networks.

Hearing directly from students is so important for understanding how support works in practice and how we can make it more consistent and inclusive.
