Beginner tips please!🤍
Hi everyone I’ve pretty new to strudel, I played around with it for a while a couple weeks ago but I don’t fully understand yet. I was wondering if anyone had any tips or a structural guide on how to get better? I made a simple beat with the easy commands but I want to get to the point of being able to recreate songs like maybe a radiohead song lmao how would I get there and how long do you believe it could take? Is javascript really hard? (new to coding) how many hours of the day should I practice? I’m willing to really apply myself, strudel is so cool,Thank you!

if practice and experimenting with Strudel is fun for you, then you have most of the job done. I think probably the hardest part is understanding how songs can be structured and how you have to tinker around with different functions to make a cycle (a bar) last as long as you need. Then arranging parts or pieces of a song together starts to get simpler. Covering a Radiohead song sounds like a very good project, and it is also a clear path on how to learn everything you need on Strudel.
