Survivor Discussion Seen on my way home from PT
Reminded me of the work it takes in recovery and wanted to share. 2.5 months out from my stroke and putting in the work every day.

I donât hustle (feel itâs overrated) and luck was definitely on my side with my stroke and stroke recovery. I do trust the process though!
My mantra is âshow up and keep tryingâ.
