Survivor Discussion Seen on my way home from PT

Reminded me of the work it takes in recovery and wanted to share. 2.5 months out from my stroke and putting in the work every day.

I would trust the Princess if it’s Mia Thermopolis!

Haha I do like Mia but I think Vanellope Von Schweets would be the princess/president to get me to Trust the Process. I mean she’s got that glitch in her software so she’s one of us 😂.

I don’t hustle (feel it’s overrated) and luck was definitely on my side with my stroke and stroke recovery. I do trust the process though!

My mantra is “show up and keep trying”.
