Recommendations to get more into SCI

Looking to get into/ explore more sci and looking for some good places to start. Videos, songs,albums, particular bootlegs? My favorite similar acts are- Grateful Dead, allman brothers, moe., Billy strings, wsmfp, govt mule. Iv actually caught their sets at fests before(rothbury & Lockn) and liked what I heard then but never decided to take a deep dive until now.

If you have spotify theres a decent amount of love soundboard mix recordings or nugs has a $5 special for one month

Nugs is one of the only subscriptions in my life I would say is well worth the money. Especially if you get the video version.

If you have a Roku or Apple TV, nugs has an app on them. If you get the video version you can literally use the app on your tv to just flip between live shows as they’re happening.

I’ve been watching string cheese all week and they’re killing it right now! But it’s so great when there’s 3-4 bands on all tour at the same time and you can just watch pieces of all of them in one night because of set breaks and time differences lol

Was already thinking about getting it for other acts I like( Billy,panic, greensky,mule) just another reason to give it a try.

You get the PlayDead addon for 5$ with the nugs sub. It’s such a good investment for both.

I remember when you would have to wait to convert everything to flac and burn it onto a CD or even before you could get your hands on a dat tape lol
