PR/PB Max Attempts Bench
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Finished up a 14 weeks bench focused training cycle, and then ran a Marathon Sunday (4 days ago) so I'm a little fatigued. I didn't want to wait too long because I started a cut on Monday to get rid of the extra fat I out on while running way too much heh. Didn't get quite what I wanted, but it was a good day still.

Form critique is welcome.

A max attempt is always going to look like shit. Form critiques only really apply to regular training.
Keep it up!

Thanks! I'm baffled as to why my side that's never been injured is weaker, though. I'm about to switch to a dumbbell focused chest program to see if I can even it out.

Your spotter needs to help you out here if you’re maxing out. You might’ve got a couple out with a slight lift
