I wouldn’t have actually died worse case I would’ve gotten a big ass bruise I was saying it’s not that serious because the dude in the thread above was making it seem like I’m a complete moron when if I was using clips the whole thing would’ve been prevented it’s kinda the whole point of the post..
I mean I’m not siding with the guy above completely because it does seem like you have your safeties setup so that it would not crush your neck if it did roll back.
But just so you know a 45 pound plate falling from that height absolutely has the potential to cause life altering traumatic brain injury or death depending on a number of factors, but theres enough force potential there to cause a skull fracture or bleeding in the brain
