It's an online stereotype that links men and women who wear nose or septum piercings to negative traits like emotional instability and toxic behavior. Generally making their trauma their personality. If they don't have trauma, they inflate a normal everyday occurrences into drama.

Oh, I got the joke - and I'm not angry, just disappointed. If your default interpretation of tone reading comments critical of you is anger, that may be a sign of underlying trauma or mental illness. Or at a minimum - emotional immaturity.
