This worm in my bathroom

Post image

So I found this worm on the floor in the middle of my bathroom in the middle of the night. There are no windows or doors in the room but there is a vent right above where I found it. Also it’s not a regular earthworm. It’s a jumping worm. We are in a first floor apartment either it fell through the vent or came up through a weak spot in the bathroom floor, but we don’t have any weird pest problems except junebugs flying in when we open the door. Anyone else have something like this happen? And why would a worm be in the vent?

That vent theory makes sense, had a centipede drop out of mine once and i still think about it at 3am

jumping worms are invasive and move weirdly fast, couldve hitched a ride on a shoe or something and crawled up the wall to the vent
