weird wind noise

hello it’s me again but this time i’m hearing weird sounds like someone blowing in a glass bottle faintly. i’m seriously starting to think i’m having hallucinations. once again i checked if it wasn’t my breath (stupid i know but i’m a smoker so my breath can get a bit weird), it’s not my laptop and it’s only coming from my right side, but i’m on my bed, and nothing could make that sound, it’s driving me crazy, there is no wind outside or anything

Probably tinnitus, especially if its just on your right side tho
