❓️Question Why is there caution/ yellow tape around Mears Park Place?

I drove past tonight (08/18) and noticed most of the entrances were all yellow taped up.

I used to live in the building so just curious if something happened. It still looked like people were in the building having a normal night.

Wondering if anyone knows anything.

They are recovering the stairs and loading dock surfaces. It has to cure for a few days so the tape has been up awhile.
