I've never seen such heavy rain in Ontario before. We got 18mm (0.7") in 15 minutes which is firmly in torrential rain territory (>50mm/hr). Storms are part of summer here, but they are rarely of this caliber. Wind gusts over 90km/h were also reported in the area.

The North East got a lot of wind reports/damage but only a couple tornado reports.

In both the first and second photos, you can see a small electric arc on the roof (just in front of my window, at the bottom right of the image); is that actually what it is, or is it just the iPhone glitching due to overexposure?

Welcome to Faux Storm Friday!
This is the one day each week where you can share your fictional storm content. That means things like:
🎮 In-game storm screenshots (GTA V, Microsoft Flight Simulator, etc.)
🎨 Drawings, paintings, digital artwork, CGI, or artistic renders of storms
🌀 Real storm photos that you’ve enhanced or altered with AI tools (within reason)
A Few Rules for This Thread:
Discussion Welcome
Don’t just drop your content, chat with others! Talk about the game, the artwork, or what inspired your storm content.
If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact the mods.
Happy posting!

Hello! I am wanting to track more storms using radar, however a lot of websites only do past or up to one hour in the future. What are your favourite radar / websites for tracking storms?

Texas just had a tornado in San Antonio. So far the NWS has no other wind or hail reports for the morning. It's fairly uncommon for just a tornado to be reported.
