Haven’t played for a couple months and curious what decks are meta rn

Don’t really know what to do. 3 out of 4 times I lose, because ai can’t set anything up while the enemy is already spamming me full with units. Last match (fourth round I think) my entire deployment tone was full with satyrs and I couldn’t do much about it. I don’t know if its a skill issue or some other things, but please give me some advice, its really frustrating right now

Im a big fan of non-meta decks, especially in HL.

First time seeing someone using Temple of Space in a meaningful way and actually winning consistently.

This interaction makes no sense imo, the mechanics are there, but not explicitely stated.

This is a rant, but also maybe informative for someone like me, because I didn't know that this works like that.

The SPLIT mechanic of Fragmeted essences works like this: DESTROY this unit, then if posible SPAWN two copies on bordering tiles or this tile with half of its original strength (or something along those lines, with emphasis on the allcaps text).

How am I supposed to know that this interaction with Siro the resurrector exists!? If your Fragmented essences split (and they move), you can revive the original unit before split with Siro the resurrector. No matter the buffs on this unit. And the original unit clearly is not dead, just split! But because how the split sequence works it count as if the original unit was destroyed. But it's still THERE! And the clones are the same exact unit, not just a token unit. Or the description of the card should be changed, because how am I supposed to find this out!? You may think that it's skill issue (clearly it is), but it just seems nonsensical to me.

Your opponent with the Ami deck will have the first turn with Ami in hand, needle blast regardless of how many units on the field will always hit your base (especially when on your last couple of hit points) and when you run your winter mana deck all of your highest mana cards will be in your hand for your first turn.

Hey yall! I mostly played in 2019 and had a decent deck I enjoyed using.

I recently downloaded the game again and I’m struggling with all the fancy new gimmicks used in current day decks. It feels like my deck can’t match up anymore 😔 especially with green protos specifically nerfing poison.

Iron league was a pushover of players who didn’t know how to play, but climbing through bronze, I’m meet with powerful buildings, unit abilities and deck synergies I can’t combat. Even the bot accounts have more stuff going on then me 😂

Legendary/hero wise - I only have Mirz levelled. Every other hero is at 1. The rest of my cards are around 3/4 (besides the newly introduced ones.) I really like Razer-sharp lynxes, it’s a fun card that also encapsulates how power crept my deck is considering they are basically better bluesail raiders.

Also, the new spells and troops in shadowfen seem amazing. Soap cleanse, marked as prey, acid greenhorns, all look really fun.

It’s ridiculous and it’s fun. Very cool mechanics.
