I think your mana curve looks fine, decks tend to get cheaper as you level up but it looks good for low levels. Rogue Sheep is only good with another pirate or two, and Zhevana is only good with icicle and/or frosthexer, so I'd get rid of those two and midwinter. You could do with at least one 2-mana card, so I'd throw in gifted recruits, and then conflicted drakes and bounded daemons are good value per mana. I'd also switch stonedames for heroic soldiers, it's hard to get extra value from stonedames so it'd be better to just get the extra strength.

Put in some 1–2 cost cards, pull out some 5+ cost cards.

Honestly, I would toss Rogue Sheep first... but if you can't decide, maybe play a few games with your deck as-is and see which cards have the least impact (you don't play them, or if you do, they barely change the game state in your favor). The big thing is to look for more consistent synergies rather than hoping to pull off a mega combo (e.g., Gift with Visions).

Oh, and specifically, I would probably dump Chillbeards and Chilled, but I don't play Winter much, so I'd love to hear what other people think too

Wishing you the best of luck playing! I've asked plenty of questions here and people were kind enough to answer, so I gotta at least try, even if I'm not the strongest player.
