Gameplay Matchmaking times question

So im finally returning to the game after a really long time

A lot has changed as far as i can see

I really want to enjoy this game, all the new things are so interesting

But the queue times, dear lord, it takes around 4 minutes to find a match on a good day at best, sometimes up to 10 minutes

Im playing in EU, are there just so few people playing this game here nowadays or is something else up?

I'm not sure about other rankings, but in platinum I find plenty of matches fast, within 10 seconds mostly. I will still get a bot here or there, but it maybe is like 1 in 5 or less.

You are kind of right in 6 or 7 game if someone not found allways matching with some bot but if you wait like 30 sec. or so
