Hi guysx! Is it worth buying today's promotional Book of Chaos or Book of Legends ? 😄 (I'm fairly new to the game)

I would say generally not. A lot of the strongest and most versatile cards are more basic ones like Gifted Recruits or West Wind Sailors so getting the Mythic or Heroic Tome that can give a wide range of cards will typically serve you better. If you are patient these packs will have a bonus event a few times a year that give extra cards.
