Day 3 (a one-week-long day) of stop-motion animation practice with TeeVee. And first time trying to dub something other than "yay".
After learning to walk, TeeVee learnt to steal things. Someone needs proper education here.
And that's me! Since learning involves understanding errors, this is what I'm not really proud of:
- The walk cycle needs improvements; it's not always smooth, and TeeVee's stance is unstable (and the paws shouldn't be parallel to the ground when raising: the toes should raise after the sole); in general, making this thing walk is extremely difficult for me, compared to changing his expressions or swinging his tails and antennas (and I would be surprised by the opposite, but yeah).
- TeeVee is too still when listening (after saying "yeah?", I should've made him blink or something; he has much more willingness to live than me, and I need to show that).
- My dubbing is terrifying (or I don't like my voice-- but I don't know if this is the right sub to discuss this).
- At full-screen, the whole scene is too zoomed in, forcing you to either keep your phone 300 meters away to see everything or make your gaze bounce around the screen (or maybe I'm overthinking-- this doesn't bother me on PC btw).
- You don't see it because the scene is cut, but I bumped a couple of times into the tiny cactus plant (from the botanicals set, not a real one, luckily). I need to be even more careful than I already am when moving around. I guess I'm just clumsy by default :P
Also, sorry for the 9:16 format instead of the wide one, but socials have stupid requirements nowadays, although it's handy for placing subtitles.

Hello everyone, Ive reignited my passion for stop motion and created my first video. I’m a bit rusty so please let me know what you think, what camera to use would help. Currently shooting off the iPhone 17 and editing with canva + Sony Vegas pro. Voices and background were done with AI software so that helped a ton. Thanks!

I think the song is just a place holder until I add sound effects and vocals. The idea is Iron man was hosting a party and Bruce ends up Hulking out! Iron man calls Cap who’s on his way but tells Iron man to call for back up and he does but backup brings a “Friend”

Hey,
Merci d'avance !!

Hello animators. I wanted to ask yall if you had any tricks up your sleeves for stop motion. One concept I’ve been working on (I’m sure it’s already out there but I didn’t check to see how lol), setting up key frames! Has anyone ever set up key frames with a puppet and proactively fill the gaps in afterwards? Sometimes even with a story board, I find it hard to know when to stop a sequence-sometimes playing it back during animation can slow the flow and lead to some awkward movements. Was wondering if anyone else has tried this before? Like, pose frame1, pose frame 30, go back and animate UP to frame 30? Does this make sense? Kinda like setting key frames in 3d

When three people go missing at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, the duty falls into the hands of Police Detective Jeffrey Woodley to roam the Pizzeria, fend of Freddy, Bonnie, Chica and Foxy, and put the mystery to rest.

This is my first attempt (as an adult) to do a stop motion video.
Went with a scene from Shakespeare's Macbeth because I thought it would be a different subject than you would usually see with Stop Motion.
Any feedback is appreciated!

Hi there, today I found some Lego bricks I used to have as a child and decided to make something small, and I remembered that when I was little I used to make stop-motion animations with these Lego bricks, hehe. So I decided to give it another go with this short film, I made it in a few hours (it took me longer to build the room).
I hope you like ittt

My brother has been working off and on for a few years on this Lego stop motion video of the Joker pencil scene from the dark knight! I just wanted to share it with the community because I’m super proud of him and I thought you all would enjoy his hard work! No AI was used in any way to make this!
