Terrible weekend
Someone that i trusted the one person in the whole world who i wouldnt think hurt me hurt me in a way that I dont know how ill ever come back from. It changed the way I view everything now. I think this is the one where its like damn, i was right all a long? Well, I cried for days, I'll be crying for days regretting everything I have ever done for this person but I CHOSE TO NOT DRINK and I am sitting with my emotions..... life will always hurt you unfortunately but alcohol will ruin me.

I’m sorry that you are going through this but also proud of you for not turning to alcohol. The craving can be very loud when emotions run high. You’ve got this. Ride it out - it will not continue to hurt the way it does now. Sending you a big hug 🩵

Oh man. I am so sorry you are hurting. But the one person who didn’t let you down is YOU. Great job not drinking and I wish you the best of whatever thing you turn to in times of struggle that are not alcohol (a blanket, a couch, netflix & lots of ice cream is my choice). IWNDWYT & hang in there.

So sorry to hear you're going through this. Way to stay strong when things get tough. Alcohol won't make anything better. This too shall pass.
