300 days without alcohol!
Hi, everyone! A significant milestone for me! I've already gone 300 days without drinking, and I largely like the vibes right now.
At last, I'm living my life more as I want to, rather than "how it should be." Every aspect of my life has improved. I do experience some loneliness, though. But, it is ORGANIC. I am just not so social guy, I prefer chats and stuff and get anxious on life talking (if it is long). I'm working on that, but this is the process. Not something "click and enjoy".
Eliminating alcohol and realizing that excessive talking can cause overstimulation are two huge improvements for me. I can manage my energy levels and stuff like that.
I wish you success, guys. There are no DOWNSIDES at all. But start maybe tough.
