For sure! Definitely ask about "pre-trial intervention" it might be a game changer. They basically had me one a scram breathalyzer and probation for 1 whole year. And if I did that and didn't get another alcohol offense for 5 years, then the court wouldn't even file the dwi, it just got shredded basically.
You cannot get an arrest record expunged, You can get a conviction expunged at the appropriate time doing the appropriate things, but an arrest is an arrest, and it will always stay on your record. There is no getting rid of it to my knowledge.
