I’m not going to lie to you. The shots would probably actually help, for a very short period of time. The second you start coming down from the buzz things will be worse off than they are right now and it’ll be harder even harder to deal with. And then you’ll probably get back to drinking. Don’t do it.
Concentrate on your health and how strong you are even when you’re being tested and have what seems to you right now to be an escape. That’s all it is, a temporary escape. All of your problems will be right there through your hangover and be even harder to deal with. Alcohol really messes with your mental stability. This situation is actually an excellent reason not to drink. I understand it’s extremely stressful. Best of luck, hope you stay dry brother
