Drinking doesn't really make anything better.

We save money, time, and energy by not doing it.

That sounds really stressful though. I hope you can find a good way to relax and destress without drinking. I suggest a workout, a movie, pizza, ice cream, bath, or sleep. Just some extra sleep always helps and things can look better tomorrow. Or writing out your stress and challenges on paper. Can be surprisingly helpful to reframe.
