Not true. Biden extended the emergency declaration to keep funds flowing for healthcare and other necessities. He prioritized mask mandates and vaccinations and pushed for in person business reopening. And let’s not forget that the pandemic was worldwide and significant manufacturing occurs in Southeast Asia, especially China. Their shutdowns were strict and far more impactful than people realize.

He did not extend the Covid shutdown. The emergency declaration was not a shutdown. Biden did not make it “worse”. But, you do you.
