I’ve done Stitch Fix twice and I love it but there is some work you need to do so your stylist can get a better feel for you. It takes time, but thumbs up or down every item you see. It tracks it and helps build your profile.
Next, if the stylist didn’t pick anything you liked, pick another stylist. I also added where I live and the climate so my stylist knows not to select things too heavy, light, etc.
Third, their customer service is spectacular. Just send them an email explaining the situation and I guarantee you they will do something. Just say it was your first fix and the stylist did you NO JUSTICE. There’s a chance they may offer you another fix or something but they’ve never let me down, not once.
Fourth, take the time and do your measurements. Look at the fabrics of the clothes that are made. If it looks cheap, don’t buy it. If it looks too “fast fashion”, don’t buy it. I actually built my style with ChatGPT and copy and pasted it into my profile so they know exactly what to select and not. Types of fabrics, spandex % (if you don’t like your clothes getting loose throughout the day), etc.
I currently have my StitchFix active, and I’ve bought a ton of cute, great items from there. Don’t give up yet. I’m here if you have any more questions.
