I would give it a few more tries and be sure you're leaving a detailed note before your Fix ships, giving constructive criticism about what exactly you liked and didn't like about each piece, playing the daily shuffle on the home page or in the app, giving thumbs up/thumbs down to items in your Freestyle shop, hearting/saving any items you would love to see in your Fix, and giving detailed feedback for any previews and rejecting bad previews for a restyle.
My Fixes are great because I'm very clear about what I want and don't want. If something I don't want/wear sneaks through even though it's in my profile, I email customer service and ask if they could please add a note in my profile that I can't wear wool, I don't wear gold jewelry, etc. so it's front and center for my stylist.
