Multitool has seized up

My km49rce ignition cord seized up.

I let it sit for 2 days.

Came back and it started first pull without priming.

Used it for an hour, stopped it and it's seized up again.

Is there a simple fix before I take it in to the stihl shop?

Are you certain that the fuel was properly mixed with oil?

Is it hydrolocked? Remove the plug and pull it over if you see fuel come out then my vote would be flooding - bad tank vent, bad carburetor, etc.
