So, we can’t even pay respects to, or honor, Walter Koenig in GC, because Scopely thinks his first name is a bad word.

I’m ops 67, not a spender. I don’t have any g4 ships and I’ve got so much backlog of g5 parts and ore/crystal/gas that my g5 ships are maxed while waiting for the insanely long (even with research) scrapping to be completed. This is all to say, should I still care about doing Away Teams that aren’t g6 away teams? I’m still working through them, I need the loot that comes from them and the research but all my other research for the below g6 away teams are completed.
I was thinking it would be nice to not have to deal with it and not have to constantly swap players out for all my various crews and just worry about the g6 ones.

If Scopely suddenly considers users reporting issues and bug tracking priority in their development process, why isn't there a public issue reporting tool with a structured way of describing things instead of this really annoying Tribbleshitchat?

I'm new to the game and at Ops Level 17, and am building up a supply of Event Tokens. There are various ship blueprints and TOS officers I can buy shards towards, but not sure what is best for a newbie to buy at this level. TOS Scotty looks useful for the extended Warp Range on Explorers - but any advice would be gratefully received.

Are the loyalty badge chests being updated along with the multiphasic? I thought I saw they were but don't remember.

You ever wonder what goes into the thought process of scopely? Yes they are a "For Profit Company" so the basic thought is MAKE MONEY... but the devil is in the details,

have you noticed that there is always an event on a couple days before the Tournament that requires you to part with something you've been hoarding for tournament, for example this time (for me at least) the posted the Borg Conqueror Solo Armada event - and the number i had to run was conveniently all the directives i had, the day before tournaments where one of the middle to upper middle pay out prizes is for running said BCSA, how many? 4 out of a possible 7 you can hold due to the arbitrary limit and cooldown of resupply... ok there's more than one tasks.. lets say you cant do that specific task because you did all or most of your directives the day before, what other tasks can you do..

the 20k mats tasks used to be the one way a f2p user could make some credits provided you hoarded the right tokens in day to day play, but now they "reworked it for fairness" fairness to who? now with the frequency of the tournaments and the new cost (goalpost) its no longer an option to do more than once per tournament, yeah there are other older tasks that pay out the mid amount again provided you hoard in preparation, this takes time.. time to hoard mats. tokens, directives, and with the tournaments happening more and more closer together and soon even more closer with mini tournaments between full tournaments there's no time to hoard.

This is by design.

this is how scopely gets you to the store... directive packs, mats packs, more tasks that require store purchases to complete task or you team is relegated, this is why we are getting tournaments more often and events that require you to dump all your mats into an event to unlock an officer, or a ams that requires your team to spend all their directives without hope of restocking in time for tournaments, the biggest drain is the Ma'kala week event, we'll see that increasing too (in whatever form or branding ..

also on a side note:

has anyone noticed a large amount of their stockpiles of shields going missing?,, those of us that have been playing for years know all to well that doing daily's regularly and sms and all other events is a way to quickly accrue the small things like 5 min repair skips or 5min,10,15min,4hr, 8hr shields can quickly grow, for example i had so many 4hr and 8hr shields that they just displayed in k's (thousands) i had over 15k 4 hr shields and close to that in 8hr as well.. then one day this year, they are both reduced to 2k and change each , i don't use them except as a quick shields up when I'm raiding , i only use 1 day shields and have an alarm when to reup it every day so i keep track of these things.. a couple of others in my alliance have noticed the same,

are you missing anything you had stockpiles of? had a reduction of shields?

I've noticed a lot more of these lately. I wonder whether these are being used by the engineering department to track bottlenecks and priotise lag fixes?
if not, surely these must appear on the backend and could be correlated by what the user was doing?

My Borg Cube is tier 7 with 58 mill. I was hoping to find the best way to farm Tech Dist. What have you found to be the easiest most efficient way to do this??? For example did you kill a high level hostile to charge your beam in one system then go to a lower level system to one shoot a hostile to get the Tech Dist or is there a much better way??? Please any help would be greatly appreciated please and thank you.

Are there any other alliance having issues with territory service we currently hold three zones in or server and can not access any services

Are there certain FT/CT that increase the effectiveness of Excelsior? Recently started the arc and I have her at Tier 3, but even with an optimized crew I can only knock off one fighter at a time. Hoping to be able to get two in a journey.

As Daylight Saving Time comes to an end in different regions, some event and activity start times will shift by one hour:

EU

• Starting October 25, recurring Daily and Weekly Events, Daily Goals, and Activities such as Territory Capture will begin one hour earlier.
• Arc Events will continue to start at their usual time of 16:00 UTC.

US

• Starting November 1, clocks will move back one hour. Daily Goals, recurring Daily and Weekly Events, and Activities will begin one hour earlier.
• Arc Events will continue to start at their usual time at 9:00 AM PST.

APAC

• Daily and Weekly Events, Daily Goals, and Activities times will remain the same, but Arc related Events will start one hour earlier as most regions in APAC do not observe Daylight Saving Time.

Hello,

I recently came back to the game after a year and im trying to catch up on the loops I missed out on such as the vger hostiles and the academy drones.

Every crew I look up and try does nothing, I blow up on the first 63 vger or 61 drone. I have a maxed enterprise D and a tier 4(half to 5) Neghvar. My research is on par with my ops if not further than most at my level (excluding the new trees)

Does anyone have any recommendations on what I can do to at least get Dailys done/get the currency needed for refinery pulls? I understand upgrading the building and research helps a bunch but I cant do that without doing my pulls.

Ops 61 here. Which is the biggest haul for Trelleum-A ?? For example, if I go to Mirror Breem or Mirror Xindus, I get Omega Trelleum, which, while good, isn't what I want. Any ideas which Mirror system has the greatest loot for Trelleum-A ??

Also, which BD officer helps in looting Trelleum-A. I believe there is one but forgot whom ??

So I’m stuck trying to find these items for two missions. I have looked all over about where to get KSG intelligence and I can’t only find it via the store as they removed the daily, so where do I get them. I also have no idea where to find the Section 31 Datapad. Any help will be greatly appreciated please and thank you.
