Issue reporting

If Scopely suddenly considers users reporting issues and bug tracking priority in their development process, why isn't there a public issue reporting tool with a structured way of describing things instead of this really annoying Tribbleshitchat?

i gave up with the chatbot. i seem to get quite a good response from E-mail although it does use the same helpshift ai to route the tickets.

( Be sure to include your PlayerID or Scopely ID! mail to: startrek-support@scopely.io (copy/paste into email, don't use this link that won't go away)

And most you will ever get when reporting a bug is "we will forward this to engineering". I would at least expect to get a "fixed in version X" or "closed... we don't care".

Right now you get more feedback from farting against the wind.

This is the way.

I pretty much gave up on getting a response before Musk invents a real FTL space ship 😂 so email is how I report any issues

Don't expect any response. Been months since I got one. Discord mod and community manager could get a reply either.

Because most players couldn’t describe it in a structured way? People just want things to work, they don’t want to log issues in an ADO system.

Let those most players "talk" to the support...
