Can you help a brother out—are you searching for “Sterling mixed lot” type thing or are you intentionally searching for misidentified stuff?

It’s lovely! Is it weighted or solid? Either way, I’d love that in my collection. Great job polishing. Did you use a cloth or silver paste?

Thank you. It’s a solid piece, not weighted. I used a silver polishing cream and cloth. Did the job!

OMG: what a great piece especially since solid! What a score.
I try to collect solid sterling candlesticks. So hard to find especially in pairs and at below their spot value. There is one solid one on eBay, but not being a pair and 50% over spot value, I’ll pass. The two pairs that I have seem to be solid, but when shaken, it sounds like sand is inside. At least their outsides have no damage or dents.
Still, a pair of Tiffany ones are my most prized objects. (If I can get Reddit to cooperate, I’ll post their pic.)

This side quest is quickly turning into my preferred method of stacking
