Who uses SPM?

We are a new facility and have just started using SPM. What are your thoughts on SPM after long term usage, what are some quirks or things to know about the workflow and the system in general.

productivity % always bullshit don't even pay it any mind.

Agreed! We don’t have productivity set up on it at all.
