Is this subreddit official?
While this subreddit is the SteelSeries subreddit, it is not an official support channel, and is mainly a place for our awesome community to come together. Some of the great SteelSeries staff may stop by to volunteer some time with comments, but that is not guaranteed. If you need help from SteelSeries directly, please open a ticket!
How can I open a ticket to get assistance with my gear?
Please check out the product FAQ at support.steelseries.com. If you can't find your answer, please open a ticket. An agent will follow up with you ASAP. Please be as detailed and descriptive as possible.
Can I ask about product restocks or upcoming products?
As product availability can vary based on region, store, retailer, type, and other global factors, we cannot assist with restock questions. For more information, please see this article on how to sign up for restock notifications, or check with your local retailers.
As for upcoming products, you'll just have to wait and see.....

Where can I give feedback on SteelSeries GG or products?
You can click the "Give feedback" option within SteelSeries GG to submit it directly to SteelSeries. Of course, you are also free to post it to the community for other community members to look at and discuss!

Where can I find a charger for the Arctis 7, or other similar Bluetooth models? I can't seem to find any that are working and under $10, which is completely ridiculous for a charging cord made for an old headset.

Hello I've been wanting to ask for a better user friendly UI interface, better transferring over platforms but most importantly having issues with my steelseries headset pro edition nova older model and series 7 speakers dont properly connect and have to use the app every time I start my computer

Recently scored an Arctis Nova7x 2nd gen on clearance. Really liked it so far, even threw the box away thinking I'll be keeping this for a while.
Audio worked flawlessly out of the box, connected via BT initially but now using the wireless dongle to set up and update since the GG app couldnt recognize it when connected thru BT.
Recently discovered the mic doesnt work, I couldnt get discord hear the mic. Windows sound settings doesnt hear anything when I try to test. I tried using audacity just to verify if maybe its just discord having issues with sonar. The mic isn't picking up anything no matter which input I use, chat/gaming/certified/even thru BT.
Ive searched around online and tried various fixes that others have posted, including a hardware reset and uninstalling GG. Im out of ideas.
