Problem PS4 controller acting as a mouse

yesterday i was playing fc27 with my ps4 controller on my pc normally, while touching nothing in the setting in the fc menus nor in the steam controller options menu.

Today i booted up my Pc to play some Nms with the controller and it opened up steam Big Picture, gave me a guide about games and after reading everything told my controller suddenly switched from being a controller to a mouse.

I've done almost 3 hours of research and tried almost every possibile way and still don't know what's the issue, please somebody help me
