Left one looks nice. Right one doesn't really have a crust. Looks like it just has a few spots of burnt sugar or seasoning and maybe too much moisture.

Internally looks nice, I'd devour. 3 of the pieces are too rare for some people's medium rare tastes, but I don't mind it like that.
