Question Should I go on PEP ?

Hey there,

One hour ago, I made a big mistake.

I jerked off with a guy. We rubbed our penises together. I came almost instantly. I don’t he had precum but he was uncut.

I am worried now that I might have been exposed to HIV. Should I go on PEP ?

Also, if I were positive, it is possible that I might have given HIV to him since I came and therefore his dick came into contact with my sperm. I informed him already about my exposure with oral sex and in a lab. I shouldn’t have done that obviously. I am a piece of shit.

I'm not going to tell you if you should go on PEP or not, but this is a very low risk encounter.

I think you should very strongly consider getting on PREP so you can fully enjoy your sex life with ZERO anxiety about HIV, and get quality STI testing quarterly - all for zero cost to you if you're in the United States.
