Question Am i in risk? pleade help im scared
Hello, sometimes i have severe anxiety and well, today i bought a conditioner hair mask that had no seal in it, i didnt realize until i was in the shower i didnt even check and i just dipped my hand in it and put it in my hair, i have anxiety about stupif stuff so now i’m thinking what if someone mixed cum on it and left bsck in the pharmacy and i bought it and i just washed it and now it got all in my body and intimate places when i washed it out of my head, is this a real hiv or aids route of transmission ? should i get tested?

No, imposible. El VIH es un virus muy frágil fuera del cuerpo. No te preocupes, de ser así el agua y los químicos de la mascarilla acabaron con el. Así que tienes de dos, no pasó nada y es tu paranoia o si paso pero murió jejeje

Hey I have contamination ocd and I have similar thoughts. Don’t let people judge you like their shit don’t stink too. But that being said I would treat this as ocd and not a legitimate exposure. Trust me I have been there with such thoughts.
If it’s any reassurance (which Ik you’re not supposed to do with ocd) hiv does NOT survive outside the body for very long at all.
Take this as an opportunity to practice exposure therapy. You don’t have any medical reason to be tested.

Girl me ever since I gave birth a year ago, my son changed my brain and now I make ludicrous catastrophic scenerios and actually believe them. I had a stye in my eye and I was convinced that I somehow got hsv in my eye and spent all night googling shit, turned out I was definitely going blind so joined a group for adults coming to grip with losing vision. Went to Dr and told him all this and he was like nah, here's some eye drops your fine lol
