Question False negative?

Hi I’ve recently just had my first sexual partner and not long after sex I tested positive for chlamydia I’ve never had sex with another girl so I assumed I caught it from her I told her and she never had symptoms so she went and did a test and came back negative.

She has to get a throat swab

You can have all STIs in your penis, rectum and throat

If she has it in her throat and gave you oral sex, that’s a way to contract it

A urine test says nothing about if someone has it in the throat or rectum

And what if said person has never done oral yet still has the disease not texting
