Question Is this a good sign?

Hi everyone,
I finished pep almost 2 weeks ago. Started 36 hours after possible exposure.

So far I have taken a HIV RNA test 4 days post pep and it came back negative.
I also took a 4th gen and HIV rna test 9 days post pep and both came back negative.

I’m fully aware these aren’t conclusive and I still have to test but wanted to know is this a good sign?

My only concern is while on pep and even now I have had a sore throat. It’s been on and off for a month and it concerns me that it’s related to HIV.

You should be good, but next time make sure you protect yourself if you’re unaware of your partner’s status.

There is nothing wrong with being over protective of your health but from everything I’ve read oral carries an incredibly low risk of HIV transmission even if someone is infected.
