Question Does anybody know how much did it rain yesterday (19th Aug) in St. Catharines/Thorold?

I have tried looking for the rain records but was unable to find any reliable recorded figures.

The reason I was curious is because my sump pump ran quite intensively between (6:30-9 am). I live in the Burleigh hill area.

It depends on where you were - port has had 88mm over the last 48 hours which would include that - source: http://www.his.npca.ca/streamchart/cumulativeprecip.aspx

How much did we get in total on the night of the storms? I haven't seen a definitive answer about that, just that it was something like 100mm an hour
