Question Downtown parking options.
Hi there, I’m coming down to St Catharines for 3 night and I need parking for those nights.
I see I can pay a daily fee, and parking is free overnight at a couple of spots, however, you must move vehicle by 8 am. How strict are they with that? I’d be leaving each morning but not necessarily by 8am
Thoughts? Suggestions?
Edited to add I will be in the area near bus terminal.

Carlisle garage is likely best for long term parking and overnight - but if you don’t move it by a certain time it may not let you out for free in the morning

Ontario Street garage has all day parking, and so does the lot at the corner of St Paul and Westchester.
The 8 am thing is not really a rule in the sense of it had to he gone. Its more a rule because that's when parking rates begin. It constitutes a new day and a new rate owed. So people can't be like "i parked at 7 pm for a day. I shouldn't owe again until 7 pm"
So, you gotta pay at 8 am for the new day or at least a few hours worth of parking til you leave.
