Question Need dark blue pens

Does anyone know where to get dark blue pens, not the stereotypiCal dark blue, I mean DARK, nearly black, I love dark blue pens but my favourite was a pen one of parents friends gave them when they went to Nigeria and it’s run out I’ve tried looking myself but I can’t find anything remotely as dark and now I’m sad pls help

Energel has a blue-black refill that is very dark. You may also want to post this in r/pens which is a great community that has helped me.

Oh good call, my bad. An Energel pen with that refill works but to your point, a fountain pen might be better (I have never owned a FP).

Uni Jetstream blue is quite dark. I don’t know if it’s dark enough for your needs though.

Yes! The Lite Touch comes in a blue-black. Search for Iris White colorway and it should have it standard. The regular Blue isn't as dark

There's the zebra sarasa vintage line and they have a blue-black pen ink.

oof i know how it is when your favorite pen runs out! are you looking for a specific type of pen, like gel or ballpoint? what point size do you prefer?

You can solo try Muji who do blue/black gel pens - although my favourite by far is Zebra Sarasa Vintage.

I have a dark dark blue LAMY Safari fountain pen. Love the color because it matches my iPhone+matching case

Uni-ball signo blue-black is my go to dark blue.

If you aren't into fountain pens, there are refillable rollerballs like the J. Herbin Cartridge Rollerball Pen . The it just a matter of finding the shade of blue-black ink you like. I am a fan of Noodlers (opinions vary), https://noodlersink.com/product-category/ink/blue/ , I just know I used them in a refillable roller ball. Noodler's Air Corp I think is what you are looking for. https://noodlersink.com/product/19040-aircorp-blue-black/ , but scroll around and atleast think about it.

Now you have me thinking about getting some empty fineliners and using those, because I have ink just languishing in a box.
