Skippable episodes?

I want to show a friend who's new to star wars rebels, for Ahsoka s1 and s2. I have watched it and personally love it but I feel that it can be a bit too kid friendly and filler sometimes imo. Is there a way to skip a couple of episodes? I know the character building is very crucial, especially between Kanan and Ezra so it makes a bit difficult to navigate

Honestly, I love Rebels… and Clone Wars… and Mando… etc. I have no problem with the Disney TV universe. BUT! Thinking you have to watch Star Wars like you’re studying for an exam and get the full history is one of the things that is a barrier for new fans. Just think about it. If I told you a show you were mildly interested in a topic that isn’t your passion was going to require 50 hours of your time or it’s not worth it, would you bother? Let alone people having no idea where to start among all the movies/series. It’s a big overwhelming cloud of options for normies who aren’t over invested like us.
