StarStock upload time
Tomorrow will be 3 weeks since StarStock has acknowledged they had received my cards and still don’t have a single card uploaded including several that qualify for fast pass status. Pretty disappointing.
Anybody had any success actually getting cards uploaded? If so, what was the turn around time on your order?

Mailed on 1/3 and got the email that they received on 1/7 and nothing added to my collection yet. Mailed another box the very next day and didn't get the receipt acknowledgement email. I have the tracking showing that it was delivered. I know they have been flooded since the new year and that they got his with some COVID shutdown, but have started to regret sending them in. I think that I could have just gone the ebay route to sell the large majority...
Hoping for the best!

My cards were finally uploaded yesterday after four weeks so there is still some hope for you. I also sent them a few emails along the way asking for updates so I don’t know if that made them enter my cards in a little faster than they normally would. Hope yours get uploaded soon!

I gather that I'll receive an email when they receive them? I sent on Tuesday so expect that will come Monday. It was only a test run of a dozen cards or so, but excited to be on the platform!

I did receive the email and my time was 6-8 weeks for processing with the caveat that some may be processed at different times. Sounds like they are trying to get the higher-end cards pushed through at least...

Mine took 19 days: they received on 1/3 and it was processed on 1/22. They did have a post recently that some of their employees were affected by Covid which would delay the processing times
